This is another project that I hope one day to finish. The idea came from my Storyboarding class where we were trying out some brainstorming tactics. We were to write on strips of paper a name, animal, and a color and place into 3 hats with their category. Then we chose 3 slips of paper from the hats and had to make a story after them. I got Victoria, Raven, and the color blue. And somehow I came up with this.....

 

This is a story about a little girl who lives in the middle of nowhere on a farm. She sees that crows are eating up her father's crops because the scarecrow they have has deteriorated. So she decides to fix him up. When she is done, she believes that he is the most beautiful thing ever created, and she pins her barrett on him as an act of ownership. Later that day a boy bullies her in front of the scarecrow and takes her doll. Unfortunately for him, the scarecrow witnesses the event.

 

Of course the story is still in development and the designs need work, but check back soon and there just might be more work up!
